Invoice Payment

An invoice payment is money received from a customer against an outstanding invoice. In Peasy, invoice payments can be collected online through a magic link or recorded manually when paid outside the platform.

How It Works in Peasy

  • Send invoices to customers with a payment link (magic link) via email
  • Customers click the link, choose a payment method (ACH or card), and pay
  • Payments are automatically matched to the invoice and update its status
  • Partial payments are supported — the invoice stays open until fully paid
  • You can also record external payments (cash, check, wire) manually

Why It Matters

Invoice payments are how you get paid for goods you've sold. Peasy's online payment flow reduces the friction of collecting money — customers pay with a few clicks instead of mailing checks or making manual bank transfers.
