Shopify Sync

Shopify sync is Peasy's integration that imports products and orders from your Shopify store. In Peasy, Shopify sync brings your e-commerce catalog into the same system where you manage inventory, purchasing, and production.

How It Works in Peasy

  • Connect your Shopify store from Configure > Integrations > Shopify
  • Initial sync imports your Shopify products into Peasy's import staging area for review
  • You map Shopify products to Peasy items — linking them or creating new ones
  • Once linked, inventory levels sync between Peasy and Shopify
  • Shopify orders can be pulled into Peasy as sales orders
  • Webhooks keep data in sync as changes happen in Shopify

Why It Matters

Shopify sync eliminates double data entry. Instead of managing products in both Shopify and Peasy separately, you manage inventory and purchasing in Peasy and let the sync keep your Shopify store accurate.
