Storefront

The Storefront is a customer-facing page where your buyers can browse your catalog and place orders directly. It's like a simple online ordering page that's always up to date with your products and inventory.

How It Works

  1. You set up your catalog — Add sell items with prices and mark them as visible.
  2. Peasy generates a Storefront link — A unique URL you can share with customers.
  3. Customers browse and order — They see the products available in their catalog, pick what they want, and submit an order.
  4. You receive the order — It shows up in Sell > Orders for you to process.

Setting Up Your Storefront

  1. Go to Configure > Storefront (under the Sales section).
  2. Enable the Storefront.
  3. Customize your settings — what's visible, your branding, etc.
  4. Share the link with your customers.

What Customers See

Your customers see a clean, branded page with:

  • Your company name and logo
  • Products from the catalog they have access to
  • Prices per unit
  • An option to add items to their order
  • A checkout flow to submit the order

If a customer is assigned to a specific catalog, that is the catalog they see after logging in. If they are not assigned to a catalog, they see the default storefront catalog.

Controlling What's Visible

Only catalog items marked as Visible show on the Storefront. You can toggle visibility from the Catalog page. This gives you full control over what customers can see and order.

Common Questions

Who can see my storefront? Anyone with the link can open your storefront. If you require login to see pricing, logged-out visitors can browse but won't see prices until they sign in. Signed-in customers can see the pricing and catalogs assigned to them.

Can I hide certain items from the storefront? Yes. Use the visibility controls to choose which items appear on your storefront. You can show or hide items individually so customers only see what you want them to order.

Do storefront orders create sales orders automatically? Yes. When a customer submits an order through the storefront, it appears as a new sales order in your Orders page. You can then review, fulfill, and invoice it like any other order.

Can I customize the pricing customers see? Yes. Storefront pricing follows your price lists. You can assign customers to a specific catalog for customer-specific pricing, and you can choose one storefront default catalog for visitors or customers without an assigned one.

Good to Know

  • The Storefront updates in real time — when you add new products or change prices, customers see the changes immediately.
  • Orders placed through the Storefront show up in Sell > Orders just like any other order.
  • You can share the Storefront link via email, text, or your website.
  • Storefront settings are managed in Configure > Storefront.
