Storefront

The storefront is Peasy's built-in online ordering portal where your customers can browse catalogs and place orders. It provides a self-service B2B ordering experience without needing a separate e-commerce platform.

How It Works in Peasy

  • Enable the storefront from Configure > Sales > Storefront
  • Customers receive a link to your storefront and log in to see their assigned catalogs and pricing
  • They can browse products, add to cart, and submit orders that become sales orders in Peasy
  • Storefront pricing respects the customer's assigned price list
  • Orders placed through the storefront appear in your sales orders list for review and fulfillment

Why It Matters

The storefront reduces the time you spend taking orders by phone, email, or text. Customers can order on their own schedule, see accurate pricing, and check product availability — while every order flows directly into your existing Peasy workflow.
